This site is a testament to the pride and originality of Virginia Tech Hokie fans everywhere—particularly those that display their pride on their vehicles.  Since October 1996, I've been collecting pictures of "Hokie Plates"—vanity license plates relating to the Virginia Tech Hokies—to assemble into a collage.

After nearly three years of collecting photos and assembly, the collage is finished and in print!  Interspersed between the license plate photos are miscellaneous Va. Tech buttons, football ticket stubs, and headlines of significant Hokie victories, thus the title: "Licensed to Win".  Prints of the collage, measuring about 24 inches wide by 19 inches high, on heavy coated paper suitable for framing, are available for purchase.  The print is officially licensed by Virginia Tech, so all sales generate funds for scholarships and other academic improvements.
